Improv Teams/Sketch comedy groups - We're looking for teams that have professional training from the top Improv LA schools. We usually give teams one night a month at our venue, and they may share their slot with one or two teams. Our space is easy to fill (45 capacity), and it looks like a happening spot quickly! It also has a warm environment, so you can invite your friends, family and industry contacts so they can see what you can do. Please email us the name of your team, if you are in more than one and would like to submit them as well, and your school/training. ABOUT THE IMPROV PROGRAM DIRECTOR LISSETTE (Co-owner theatre)
· Her comedy training includes classes at the Groundlings and training with Jeff Conaway (Taxi, Grease), whose assessment of her as a natural comedienne inspired her artistic pursuits in comedy. Working towards acting, writing and directing sketches for a Neon Venus YouTube monetized channel. She books and evaluates all Improv shows performed at the Neon Venus Art Theatre every weekend.
· Co-Owned entertainment and hospitality businesses since 2005. Opened the first Neon Art Theatre in Las Vegas in 2008.

· Bachelor in Advertising from the School of Journalism at the Ohio State University, and Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan in Telecommunication Arts (full fellowship) (film and TV production). During her screenwriting class, she wrote a comedy script, and her teacher recommended a career as a professional writer. · Performed in several Las Vegas casinos (Paris, Sahara, Imperial Palace, Planet Hollywood, Excalibur, etc) as a host, assistant DJ and singer.
· Screenwriter/Director--Currently working on her first film being produced by a well-known actress.

· Got on a stage for the first time at 8 years old in classroom performances and later on in high school talent shows. Though as a teenager she focused her performance through becoming a member of the National Team of Synchronized Swimming of Puerto Rico, which allowed her to participate in several Central American Games, Pan Am Games and to qualify for the Olympic Games.
